We seem to be heading down the road of more
obesity in society rapidly! We believe good mental health stems
from good physical health, and good physical health leads to a more
spiritual well being. The opposite of this leads to poor spiritual
well being because it's simply cause and effect.
Not everyone can afford a personal trainer
but, making the effort to exercise at least twice a week will
change your outlook on life. Even if it means getting out for a
walk twice a week. Buy yourself a heart rate monitor this will give
you a very good indication of your personal fitness level and it
will motivate you to improve which you can monitor yourself. What
you eat and drink makes a huge difference to your wellbeing as we
seem to be a society born around processed and fast foods. We take
take the high road with food and fitness it only takes discipline
and 21 days to break a habit...
We don't want to confuse spirituality with
religion here. Keeping in reasonable physical shape changes your
personal energy aura. We don't disbelieve that love for religion
won't keep you positive either but your spiritual well being is
reflective of your lifestyle and the way you think. Your thoughts
always govern your circumstances.
