If you have hit 50 years of age and haven't had a medical check up for a while take some good advice and and visit your local GP for a blood pressure check and get some blood tests done for diabetes, liver & kidney functionality, prostate, and cholesterol levels. While you are there you might as well get a referral to see a cardiologist for a stress test and a total cardiology examination.

This is an interesting exercise which will reveal the truth of your physical health.
