Universal Laws govern our very existence but
are rarely discussed. They are precise and exact every time yet
ignored. Within these laws it is often said the only reality is
thought. The law of gratitude is a good one to start with. You
could also call this appreciation, blessings or prayer. Prayer is
not solely a religious association. Being grateful and saying thank
you more often for everything in you life allows you to attract
more into your life. Or to paraphrase having an "attitude of
gratitude" is a mindful way to approach life and attract more good
events to you.
Everything is made up from energy -
electrons, atoms and molecules. To harness the energy that
surrounds us in a positive way (which is invisible) is hard to
get your head around. Like electricity which is also invisible not
many of us understand how it truly works but believe it exists. The
laws that surround energy and motion govern the universe. We can
either choose to be aware of this or ignore it. These 7
laws of the universe are well
known only to the few that understand them.
Health wealth and happiness can easily be
achieved by right thinking and with repose and deliberation of all
things in your life. Most people have no trouble slipping off to
the gym for a one to two hours of body exercises and strength
training. Or sitting watching mind numbing television for 3-4 hours
a night. As a comparison it's interesting that most people
won't consider sitting still in silence for 10-15 minutes a day.
Sitting still with focused concentration on what you truly desire
in life.
We know through an extensive series of
experiments in america in the 1980's called ' The Visual Motor
Rehearsal Programme' that if an athlete visualises their
event event sitting idle in a chair it fires of the same
muscle sequences as if they were physically running the race. The
saying is true "if you have gone there in the mind, then you can go
there in the body".
We have put more emphasis on body rather
than mind. Mind is what controls our life. Everything is preceded
by thought. Taking this into account and the universal laws that
surround us we have much more control over our lives than we are
prepared to admit. These are the universal laws and principles
of success.
